I was treated by Gill Newey. She was superb. She explained clearly what I needed to do and followed up to make sure that I was doing the necessary exercises. She pointed out the things that I needed to correct and explained how I should do so. Most of all, she was extremely patient with someone who is by nature a slob. I have no hesitation in recommending her for anyone who has had a knee replacement.

Always a friendly welcome, by name, which I like. Courteous and always on time, or advised of any small delays. I always feel that the focus is correcting my problem and not having me come back for more treatment. Also, good advise on self help, such as exercise to help in the correction of the problem and prevention.

I have attended this physiotherapy practice for six months and Gillian Newey has been brilliant. Her treatment, support and knowledge have helped me to recover after a spinal injury and I feel confident to explore other forms of exercise to continue with the healing process. Every visit to Weybridge and Walton Physiotherapy was a pleasure, and Darren was really helpful and knowledgeable about my condition. He got me on the right path to eliminating the pain in my feet and legs, which was becoming unbearable. Darren is also a really friendly guy who I could easily make conversation and joke with. Everyone in the practice was very welcoming on each visit, Barbara always asked about how my dog was doing! I'd definitely recommend to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

There are no words to express my gratitude for the help given to me by Michael O'Reilly! After five years of chronic headaches (which were getting steadily worse) I was at the point where I felt I could no longer cope. I had tried everything: had my eyes tested, gumshield for teeth grinding, had various tests, been prescribed all manner of painkillers, tried acupuncture... meditation... and still it got worse. It was making every aspect of my life a living hell. I found Michael by chance online and he could not have been more generous, accommodating or informative, responding to my email almost immediately and talking to me for a long time on the telephone. I began his OptiNeck Program within a few days and the results have been nothing short of astonishing! I have been completely headache free for 11 days now. This is a huge breakthrough for me, as for a long time I have had overwhelming pain almost every single day, accompanied by terrible fatigue. Michael has helped me to be so much more mindful of my posture and. It is no exaggeration to say that I credit him for having given me my life back again! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!

I was a keen runner but glute atrophy and osteitis pubis had meant that I was unable to run for over a year. My running gait had begun to deteriorate for some reason resulting in pubic bone degeneration, abdominal pain, knots and severe pain in any leg muscles following attempts to run and back pain & stiffness. I got to the point where I was struggling to walk at all but sitting was also causing back pain. My walking gait had become awkward, painful and uneven and I thought I'd never run again. I had seen various other physios and had mri scans but a return to running was still a long way off. All this changed when I began treatment with Paulo. From his initial assessment I was given confidence that he knew what he was dealing with and that a recovery would be possible. Paulo gave me the exercises to strengthen my glutes week by week, increasing the difficulty as my body became able to cope. Previously I had done similar exercises but Paulos focus on technique and making sure the exercises were appropriate to my capabilities at the time meant that I finally began to see a steady and consistent improvement. Within two months and only 5 sessions, having previously been unable to run for 16 months I am now back running pain free and with my hips and legs feeling strong and loose. I'm excited to be back running again thanks to Paulo.
